This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how information about you is collected, 
used and disclosed by 2BAD GAMES. (“2BAD GAMES”, “us”, “we” or “our”) when 
you use our game applications (the “Apps”) or website (the “Website”). By accepting

this Privacy Policy, you agree to 2BAD GAMES collect, use and disclose information

about you in accordance with the purposes listed below. 

Our Website and console (Xbox) games are not intended for use by children under 
the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children 
under the age of 13. 

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.  The date at the top of this Privacy

Policy is the date it was last updated. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy and

any updates hereto when  you access our Apps or Website to stay up to date about our

information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. If we make changes

to this Privacy Policy, we will change the date at the top with the date of the updated version, 
and this change will indicate an updated version of this Privacy Policy is in effect. 
In the case of material changes, we may also provide you with additional notice or require

a renewed consent (such as by adding a privacy policy change statement in the Apps or Website).

Website - Collection of Information 

Through the use of Google Analytics and other tools, we do have access to (but do 
not store or share in any way except in those cases listed below) aggregrate data regarding 
web sessions for the sole purpose of tracking website usage by users in general. We do 
not use any Remarketing or Advertising Reporting Features in our website analytics 
and therefore do not collect any personally identifiable data whatsoever. 

Xbox Games - Collection of Information 

Microsoft makes available to us Xbox Live data, game data, and performance/error data 
for our title(s) on Xbox, including partially identifiable user data in order to determine 
crashes in and sales of our Xbox games. We view this data in a transitory way via the 
secure web tools they provide to us and we do not store, share, sell or otherwise 
process this data in any way. 

Subject to an End User’s additional authorization or instructions to the contrary, we will 
only use Xbox End User data in connection with our direct business relationship with 
Microsoft, and will not transfer or sell the Personal Data to any third party except to 
contractually bound sub-processors operating on behalf of 2BAD GAMES. To the 
extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to any Personal Data, 2BAD GAMES 
hereby certifies that it understands the above restrictions and will comply with them. 

Sharing and Disclosure of Information 

We share and disclose information as follows: with service providers who need access 
to such information to carry out work on our behalf, when we reasonably believe a 
disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property and safety of 2BAD GAMES or 
others, including to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or 
governmental request and to detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected 
illegal activities, in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of
 assets, exclusive license, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business, or 
for any other reasons with your consent or at your direction.

Usage of our Games and Website implies that you have opted in to the data described

above being collected and processed.
